A bold black and white checkerboard funeral tribute, carefully arranged as a flat rectangular board with alternating floral squares and a pleated black ribbon edge. A refined corner spray of ivory and cream roses, delicate white filler flowers and fresh greenery softens the graphic pattern and adds an elegant natural finish. This bespoke design can reflect a love of chess, draughts, games, racing patterns or a personal black-and-white theme, making it a distinctive focal tribute for a funeral or memorial service. Each piece is handcrafted by our Birmingham florists. Flower varieties may change with seasonal availability while preserving the crisp checkerboard layout and monochrome character. Please contact Buttercups & Daisies Florist Birmingham to discuss size, corner flowers, colour variations and delivery arrangements.

Image note: Image shown may represent a larger size option. All sizes follow the same design style and quality. Due to seasonal availability, flower varieties and colours may vary, but we will always select suitable alternatives of equal value.

Hand-delivered by Buttercups & Daisies. Same-day delivery may be available when ordered before our cut-off time.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or add special instructions (e.g., “leave with neighbour” or a safe place) where appropriate.

Trim stems at an angle and place in fresh water as soon as possible. Change the water regularly and keep flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, drafts, or heat sources.

For best results, refresh the water daily and re-trim stems every couple of days.
